2. What kinds of training we will receive from P&G?
- After you join P&G, you will receive a comprehensive On-boarding Program, which includes Benefits and Office Administration Orientation, Functional Orientation, Store Check, Warehouse Visit and Plant Visit. Afterwards, you will go through well-developed functional training modules for your specific responsibilities as well as many comprehensive corporate training on top of daily on-the-job training provided by your immediate managers.
3. What is the difference between graduate opportunity in P&G and other management trainee program?
- We offer early responsibility to graduates and assist them to develop their professional life in certain function instead of learning general knowledge through job rotation in different functions. Graduates are given challenging and rewarding assignments at the very beginning, with the coaching of their line managers and knowledge gained from corporate and functional training.
4. Will there be any opportunities to transfer to other departments once we are employed?
- Yes, there will be opportunities depending on both business and individual's needs. However, we do not encourage you to consider this when you first join the department. You should clearly understand your career interests when you apply.
5. Are there any opportunities to transfer out of the Hong Kong/Taiwan subsidiary?
- Yes. There will definitely be opportunities! P&G is a global company. We see overseas assignment as an important strategy to develop our key top performing managers in managing our global businesses. In fact, you are not necessarily located locally even in the first year of your career in P&G. So please ensure you're fully mobile before you apply P&G.
6. Have your company got very high turnover rate?
- Our company's turnover rate is quite below the normal range in the market. It is due to our build from within strategy.
