I can never learn enough in P&G. Never. 

With high international exposure and a casual yet self-disciplined environment, there are plenty of hands-on opportunities around the corner for every employee to make business impact - and these have always been the reason why P&G has been the company that students dream to be in. However, Above than all those, what my days in P&G had astonished me even more is the clear sense that I am the one who calls the final decision on how much I am going to learn and how much I will contribute. Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that P&G left me along in the corner of the office, rather my colleagues and boss provided me warm supports and precious tips along the way- in helping me become the master of myself. Moreover, a solid career planning system is along the way to make sure stimulations are never missing. 

Well, Yes, I do expect my future life in P&G to be sometimes quite tough and struggling, but the thrill and chances are those that really shines out to me. I know I will never need to worry if there is no enough opportunity because P&G is somewhere I can never learn enough- for which, I wholeheartedly appreciate and will be always looking forward.
